Gymnastics Classes get kids moving!
At Mountain Kids we offer a unique opportunity for children to lay the foundation for excellent motor-abilities in a positive and fun environment. Strength, flexibility, balance, spatial awareness and confidence are inherent in gymnastics training and at Mountain Kids there is a progressive curriculum appropriate for every age. Classes are offered for toddlers (with parent), preschoolers, school age and Jr. and Sr. High School. Our open viewing area makes it easy for parents to see and hear everything that goes on in their child’s class. And, while you watch, enjoy a cup of coffee or a smoothie from Warmups, our lobby coffee shop!
Moonbeamers walking to age 3 $72/4 weeks
What do you do with a busy toddler? Bring them to gymnastics! This 45- minute parent-shared program presents a wide variety of movement activities, obstacle courses, ball handling games, music and rhythm in a non-competitive atmosphere. In our theme based classes, you can Blast off into space! Travel the world! Do the chicken dance in the barnyard! ! Be a Super Gymnast! Rainbow Riders & Creative Ballet Combo ages 3-5 $84/4 weeks
This class combines our Rainbow Riders and Creative Ballet into a one hour class. In addition to the themes of the Rainbow Rider class, students will explore creative movement and dance in the dance studio. Props, music and imagery combine to make this class a fun introduction to the world of dance and movement. Choose the day and time that works best for you from the classes listed below!

Girls and Boys GymStars age 5+
The sport of gymnastics has much to offer the young athlete. In addition to balance, strength, flexibility, overall coordination, spatial awareness and self-confidence, gymnastics is fun! Classes for all students are organized so that safety and fun combine for an optimal learning experience. Fundamental skills are taught at all levels in a consistent, progressive manner to provide success in gymnastics and other sports. Boys Level 4 Beginning Team
Our Boys Level 4 Team is an exciting program designed to build on skills already mastered, gain new skills and bond with team mates. Uniforms are required for each team level. Please inquire about pricing.
Boys Level 4 White team Wed 4:15-6:15 pm ages 5+ $144/4 weeks
White team members should be familiar with the Level 4 routines and continue to master gymnastic skills independently. Various USA Gymnastics competitions will be available throughout Northern Colorado during the school year. White team shirts are worn during class to create a team atmosphere.
Boys Level 4 Grey team Tues & Thurs 4:15-6:15pm ages 7+ $224/4 weeks
This level is for boys motivated to master their Level 4 skills and build additional strength, flexibility, and airsense. Grey team shirts are worn during class to create a team atmosphere.
Boys Level 4 Blue team(invitation only) Mon 4:15-6:00 & Thurs 5:45-8:45 pm $265/4 weeks
This invitation only team is for boys who show a focus and attention to detail that will allow them to truly master basic skills in gymnastics. This is a highly structured class with a long term vision. Boys should be highly motivated, have the ability to make corrections, and have a high work ethic. Most of this group will continue into our regular team program. Blue team shirts are worn during class to create a team atmosphere.
Sports Acrobatics ages 7+
Sports Acrobatics combines tumbling and dance moves from gymnastics and incorporates partner stunts. Our program involves developmental students through competitive level team members. We have accomplished many successes including state, regional and national level competitors.

USAG Boys and Girls Teams
Mountain Gymnastics offers USA Gymnastics competitive teams for girls and boys levels 4 through 10 and USAG Acrobatic Gymnastics for both boys and girls. Since 1976, under the direction of Ron Baretta (former collegiate all-around champion, national level competitor and CSU hall of fame member) the Mountain teams have consistently fielded many state champions and qualified gymnasts to regional and national championships.
