Gymnastics or Dance Themed Parties for ages 3-12                            Birthday Waiver

1 ½ hour Gymnastics and Dance themed parties include: 1 hour of gymnastics or dance with our enthusiastic birthday party host, a gigantic obstacle course, trampoline, games, relays, parachute play or dance activities and 1⁄2 hour of party time for cake and other party activities.

We provide the party host, invitations, thank-you notes, and party favors, and of course take care of the entire cleanup!

Days & Times
Parties are offered on:
Saturdays: 1:30pm, 3:30pm or 5:30pm
Sunday 11:30am, 1:30pm, 3:30pm or 5:30pm
Some Monday/Friday mid-afternoon time-frames available

Party Packages
Small party package includes up to 12 Guests   $170 (1 party host)

Large party package includes 13-20 Guests       $225.00 (2 party hosts)

Gratuity is additional and always appreciated.

To Schedule a Party

Call 303-665-8287, email infolsv@mountain-kids.com or stop by the front desk to check availability and reserve your party. Full payment is required at time of reservation.

You will be given or mailed our invitations and party contract at time of reservation.  The party contract must be signed by host parent.  Party invites can be mailed alone or included in your themed party invites.

Party Invitations include our “permission to participate” all party guests MUST have a parent signed “permission to participate” form on the premises the day of the party in order to participate in activities.  (Sorry there are absolutely no exceptions)

What to bring and other helpful suggestions

We have a refrigerator/freezer on site for your use and following are other items to remember to bring when having your party at Mountain Kids.

  • Cupcakes or birthday cake – cupcakes are a great option and allow more time for party activities
  • Ice Cream
  • Paper plates
  • Paper cups
  • Juice boxes
  • Napkins
  • Candles
  • Utensils forks, knives etc.
  • Party decorations which may include a table cloth, helium balloons etc.
  • Matches
  • Knife to cut the cake with
  • Ice cream scooper
  • Notebook to record who gave what birthday gift
  • Camera/video camera

This is a basic list there may be other items which might be necessary depending on your individual plans.
