Moonbeamers walking to age 3 What to expect from your Moonbeamer class
What do you do with a busy toddler? Bring them to gymnastics! This 45 minute parent-shared program presents a wide variety of movement activities, obstacle courses, ball handling games, music and rhythm in a non-competitive atmosphere. Choose one class time.

Preschoolers gain steps to reading readiness in our Rainbow Rider Classes Rainbow Riders I ages 3-4 & Rainbow Riders II ages 4-5 Mountain Gymnastics offers a unique opportunity for children to lay the foundation for excellent motor-abilities in a positive and fun environment. Strength, flexibility, balance, spatial awareness and confidence are inherent in gymnastics training. Our professional staff help provide an excellent start to life-long learning and exercise. Rainbow Rider & Creative Ballet ages 3-5
This class combines our Rainbow Riders and Creative Ballet into a one hour class. Our Creative Ballet explores a variety of movement experiences, rhythmic, locomotor activities and basic ballet vocabulary. Props, music and imagery combine to make this class a wonderful introduction to the world of dance and movement.

Superstar Camp ages 4-6yrs The perfect Enrichment Program for Kindergarten Students. 2.5hrs of Gymnastics, Dance, Arts & Learning, Story Time and Snack Time. Great opportunity for both Boys and Girls!

Rainbow Connection ages 4-6
This 1.25 hr. class is for advanced preschoolers or kindergartners who are ready to be challenged with more advanced skills.

New Gymstar Class Descriptions 5+ (Boys & Girls) The sport of gymnastics has much to offer the young athlete. In addition to balance, strength, flexibility, overall coordination, spatial awareness and self-confidence, gymnastics is fun! Classes for all students are organized so that safety and fun combine for an optimal learning experience. Fundamental skills are taught at all levels in a consistent, progressive manner to provide success in gymnastics and other sports. Classes are once a week unless otherwise specified. Students are always welcome to enroll in more than one day.
Super Stars (Ages 5-7) 1.25 hours (Formerly Young Gymstars)
Super Stars I A beginner level class for young school age gymnasts.
Super Stars II An advanced beginner class for our young gymnasts. Students in this class can perform the following skills; forward roll to stand, cartwheels, demonstrate confidence on high beam, backward rolls, and handstands against a wall.
Gymstar/Dance Combo (ages 5-7) 2hr 1 hour of Gymnastics and 1 hour of various styles of dance.
Boys Gymstar/Hip Hop Combo (ages 6+) 2hr 1hr of Hip Hop and 1hrs gymnastics
Rising Stars (Ages 7+) 1.5 hours
Rising Stars I (Formerly 1.5 Gymstars) A beginner level class for gymnasts 7+. A great class for those just starting gymnastics.
Rising Stars II (Formerly 2.0 Gymstars) An intermediate level class for gymnasts who have passed Rising Stars I or with previous gymnastics experience. Students in this class can perform the following skills; bridge kickovers from mat, cartwheels, handstand forward rolls, pullovers, and back hip circles
Rising Stars III 1.5hr 2 times a week An invitational class for gymnasts who have passed Rising Stars II. This is an advanced class for gymnasts who are interested in becoming part of our CARA gymnastics team. This class meets 2x a week.
Shooting Stars (Invitation Only) 1.5 hours The Shooting Stars program is an accelerated class program for gymnasts who are interested in progressing toward a competitive gymnastics career. Gymnasts must be tested and invited by one of our USAG team coaches for entry into this program.

USAG Girls & Boys & CARA Competitive Teams ages 7+
Mountain Gymnastics trains USAG & CARA Competitive teams for girls and boys. We are a USAG Member Club. We have acquired many successes over the years including many state, regional and national qualifiers and champions. Membership is by invitation. Many of our “preteam” gymnasts move directly into our team program once they have reached the necessary skill level to compete successfully. Inquire for pricing
